Kilrossanty

Kilrossanty is a handy village in County Waterford that sits between Dungarvan and Clonmel along the R672. Most folks reach it by taking the R672 north from the N25 at Dungarvan, about 12 kilometers through pleasant rolling country. Coming from inland, the R671 from Clonmel works grand too, roughly 20 kilometers away. It's a proper stopping point when you're traveling between the Waterford coast and the Tipperary market towns. The village boasts one of County Waterford's finest round towers, a cracking example of early medieval church architecture that's been standing for over a thousand years.
