Kilninian

Kilninian lies on Mull's wild western shore, reached via ferry from Oban then 40km of challenging single-track roads through Glen More. The route offers stunning views of Ben More whilst testing drivers with steep climbs and frequent passing places. About 4 EV charging points serve the island, so plan accordingly. The settlement's name derives from St. Ninian's ancient Celtic church, whose stone foundations remain visible amongst the coastal grasslands where Atlantic seals regularly haul out.
