Killurin (Offaly)

Killurin is a quiet village in County Offaly, sitting 8 kilometers southwest of Tullamore between the larger towns of Tullamore and Birr. Most locals use the R420 and connecting roads for the 15-minute commute to Tullamore, while the N52 provides direct routes north to Mullingar or south toward Birr. From Dublin, take the M4 west to Junction 5, then follow the N52 south through Tullamore. The village serves as a handy base for visiting Tullamore Distillery, where you can tour the home of Tullamore Dew whiskey production.
