Killiecrankie

Scotland

Killiecrankie lies in Highland Perthshire along the A9, roughly 70km north of Perth through the dramatic Pass of Killiecrankie. The village sits between Pitlochry and Blair Atholl within the Cairngorms National Park, where wooded hills rise sharply from the River Tummel gorge. About ten fast EV chargers serve the area around nearby towns. The settlement is famous for the 1689 Battle of Killiecrankie, where visitors can still see Soldier's Leap - the spot where a redcoat made an impossible 18-foot jump across the River Garry to escape Jacobite forces.
