Kenney is a tiny farming village in central Illinois, about 15 miles from Clinton and 35 miles from Bloomington. Most people reach it via I-74 to Farmer City, then head north on county roads through corn and soybean country. The village still has its original 1876 one-room schoolhouse standing.
