Keene, KY

Keene is a tiny Kentucky town of 346 people in Jessamine County, about 15 miles southwest of Lexington via US Route 27. Most folks get there from I-75 through Nicholasville, passing horse farms and rolling Bluegrass countryside. Blue Grass Airport is 25 miles northeast in Lexington. The town serves as home to Keeneland's training facilities, where you'll regularly see horse trailers on the quiet streets heading to and from the thoroughbred barns.
