Jenkinsburg is a tiny Georgia town of about 320 people in Butts County, roughly 45 miles southeast of Atlanta via I-75 and State Route 16. The main access is SR-16 running east-west through town, connecting to I-75 near Jackson about 15 miles west. SR-42 provides north-south connections to other rural communities. The town sits in rolling Piedmont hills surrounded by farmland and mixed forests, with EV charging available in Jackson along the interstate corridor. Jenkinsburg operates one of Georgia's smallest post offices, which doubles as an informal community center.
