Walmer Bridge is a small Lancashire village positioned between Preston and Southport, accessible via the A59 and local roads through Much Hoole and Tarleton. It's a handy waypoint for journeys between the Fylde Coast and inland destinations, with over 100 EV charging points in the surrounding area. The village is named after its medieval bridge crossing Walmer Brook, though the original stone structure has long since been replaced.
