About Wabash, IN

Wabash is a small Indiana city about 90 miles north of Indianapolis, reachable via I-69 and US-24. It sits at the crossroads of US-24 and State Road 13 in farming country along the Wabash River. The town was the first in the world to have electric street lighting, installed in 1880 with four massive arc lights that lit up the courthouse square.
