Trowse Millgate lies just south of Norwich where the River Wensum bends through the Yare Valley. Reach it via the A146 from Lowestoft or through Norwich city centre via Carrow Bridge. The A11 provides longer connections from London and Cambridge. The historic Trowse Mill's millrace still flows beneath the modern housing estate.
