Troway

Troway is a small Derbyshire village on the A61 between Sheffield and Chesterfield, surrounded by former mining communities in rolling countryside. Most visitors arrive via the M1 (junctions 29-30) then local A-roads, while locals use the B6056 from Coal Aston. The area offers good access to Peak District attractions like Chatsworth House. The old colliery headstock stood here until the 1990s, marking the village's mining heritage.
