Trebanos lies in the Swansea Valley along the A4067, about 15 kilometres north of Swansea city centre. This former mining village makes a handy stop between the Gower Peninsula and Brecon Beacons, with the A4067 providing the main route from M4 Junction 45. The village features the remarkable Monastic Baths, where Roman stone foundations still surround a natural spring that's flowed for nearly two millennia.
