Texarkana, TX

Texarkana straddles the Texas-Arkansas border along Interstate 30, about three hours east of Dallas. The twin cities share State Line Avenue as their boundary, creating a unique metro area spanning two states. US 59 runs north-south through town, connecting to Houston and smaller East Texas communities. The federal courthouse literally sits on the state line, making it the only federal building serving two states at once.
