This small Gaeltacht village is famous for the towering Slieve League cliffs that drop straight into Donegal Bay, among Ireland's highest sea cliffs. The narrow road winds through stone-walled fields before reaching the village, where you'll still see traditional currach boats being handcrafted with tarred canvas over wooden frames, designed for launching from the rocky shore into the Atlantic.
