Steephill

Steephill perches on the Isle of Wight's southern coast above Ventnor Bay, blessed with the island's famously mild climate where exotic plants flourish year-round. Reach it via the A3055 from Newport through Godshill, or the short coastal route from Ventnor centre. The narrow lanes wind steeply between chalk cliffs, with over 40 EV charging points scattered across the southern island. The Botanic Garden here grows palms and Mediterranean species that wouldn't survive anywhere else in Britain.
