Southburn

Southburn lies in the Yorkshire Wolds between Driffield and the coast, accessed via the A614 which connects north to Driffield and south toward the M62. Most traffic comes from nearby Driffield, whilst longer journeys use the A166 for York or coastal routes toward Bridlington. The village sits amongst typical Wolds countryside of chalk downs and farming land. All Saints church features a striking Norman doorway with 12th-century carved stonework.
