Shrawley

Shrawley is a quiet Worcestershire village beside the River Severn, reached via the A449 and minor roads west toward the river. Most visitors arrive from Worcester or use the M5 corridor, while locals make short trips to Holt Fleet and nearby villages. The old chain ferry crossing, which operated until the 1970s, left concrete slipways on both riverbanks as a reminder of this former Severn crossing point.
