Shotley

Shotley occupies the tip of the Shotley Peninsula where the Stour and Orwell rivers converge. Reach it via the B1456 from Ipswich (12km) or longer routes using the A14 and A137 connections. The area has roughly 80 EV charging points nearby. The village retains its naval heritage through the preserved 143-foot mast from the former HMS Ganges training establishment.
