Reach it via the A1033 from Hull centre in 15 minutes, or from further afield take the M62 to Hull then the A63 and A1033. With roughly 50 EV charging points nearby and excellent road links to Hedon and Preston, it's well-connected despite its industrial character. The massive petrochemical complex here operates one of Europe's largest acetic acid plants.
