Plato, MN

Plato is a farming town of 242 people in south-central Minnesota's McLeod County, about 60 miles southwest of the Twin Cities. Highway 22 runs through town north-south, connecting to Highway 212 for Twin Cities access and Highway 5 for east-west travel to Glencoe and other county towns. The massive grain elevator dominates the skyline and serves as a landmark visible for miles across the surrounding farmland.
