Peter, UT

Peter is a tiny farming community in Cache Valley, about 10 miles southwest of Logan via Highway 165. With under 500 residents, it sits on flat agricultural land between mountain ranges at 4,400 feet elevation. Most trips are short runs to Logan for services or longer hauls south on US-89 toward Salt Lake City. The town is surrounded by some of Utah's most productive farmland, with endless fields of hay and grain stretching toward the foothills.
