Paulstown

Paulstown is a handy stop along the N9 between Dublin and Waterford, sitting 15 kilometres south of Kilkenny city. The town serves as a natural waypoint for cross-country travel, with good access from the R448 via Thomastown and local roads from the surrounding countryside. There's decent charging infrastructure for electric vehicles along this busy corridor. The big draw here is Mount Juliet Estate, home to a Jack Nicklaus-designed championship golf course that's hosted European Tour events on its sprawling 1,500-acre grounds.
