Onseepkans lies right on the Namibia border in the Noord-Kaap, reached via the N14 to Pofadder and then the R382 north through proper Boesmanland veld. It's a trek, not a quick jaunt, so fill up before you leave Upington or Springbok, and don't expect any EV charging out this way. The Orange River keeps this dorpie alive with date and grape farms along its banks, and the real drawcard is the pont crossing into Namibia, one of the few spots where you can cross the river without a bridge.
