3About Murraysburg
Murraysburg is a small Karoo dorpie sitting near the Western Cape and Eastern Cape border, right on the R61 between Graaff-Reinet and the N1 at Three Sisters. Most people passing through are on long hauls, some coming from as far as Ladybrand, nearly 600km away, so it is very much a stop-over town on the Karoo route rather than a quick jaunt from anywhere nearby. Fuel up before you go, EV charging is thin on the ground out here. Look out for the old sandstone NG Kerk from the 1850s in town.
