Mamelodi lies just east of Pretoria, easy to reach via Solomon Mahlangu Drive, the R104 or R573, with the N4 close by for those coming from Mpumalanga or further afield. Most trips are the daily Pretoria run, only 29 km, though people travel in from as far as Witbank, Katlehong, and even Bushbuckridge for work and family. EV drivers will find over 40 fast chargers around greater Pretoria. Fun fact: Mamelodi Sundowns FC, one of the PSL's biggest names, takes its name straight from this township.
