About Loughshinny

Loughshinny is a small coastal village in County Dublin, about 30 kilometres north of the city center. Take the M1 to M50, then follow the R132 coastal road through Rush, or use the quieter R127 from Swords. From Dublin Airport, it's roughly 25 minutes via R132. The village is handy for championship golf courses like Portmarnock and Island Golf Club, with over 100 fast EV chargers in the area. The stone pier, built in the 1840s to protect fishing boats from easterly winds, juts out into Dublin Bay and gives the harbor its character.
