Liscannor is a small fishing village on County Clare's Atlantic coast, perfectly positioned along the Wild Atlantic Way with the Cliffs of Moher just south. The R478 coastal road connects it to Lahinch and the cliffs, while the main route from Ennis takes the N85 west for 40 kilometers. Dublin is three hours via the M6 and M18 to Ennis, then regional roads. About 20 EV fast chargers serve the area, mostly in nearby Lahinch. The harbor still shelters traditional currachs with their distinctive black tarred canvas hulls.
