KwaMashu is a Durban township just north of the city, easy to reach off the N2 via the M25, also known as KwaMashu Highway, and most trips here are quick local runs from town rather than long hauls. Some drivers do arrive from as far as the Eastern Cape and Free State though. King Shaka International is about 30km away, and with over 20 fast EV chargers around Durban, charging is no drama. Fun fact, KwaMashu started life in 1958 as a resettlement township for people moved out of Cato Manor.
