Ingthorpe is a small Rutland village near the Lincolnshire border, 4km from Stamford via country lanes. Access is straightforward from the A1 (3km east) or A47 (8km north), making it a convenient countryside stop. The Norman church of St. Bartholomew boasts exceptional 12th-century zigzag stonework around its doorway.
