Gooseham

Gooseham straddles the Devon-Cornwall border along the A39 Atlantic Highway, roughly 15km northeast of Bude. This tiny settlement sits where Atlantic weather systems first hit the southwest peninsula, creating the dramatic moorland scenery that defines the area. Approximately seven EV charging points serve the corridor between Barnstaple and Cornwall's coast. The village's most remarkable feature is its position directly on the ancient county boundary, where some properties literally span both Devon and Cornwall.
