About Gadshill

Gadshill is a small North Kent village on the A226 between Gravesend and Rochester, historically significant as Dickens's final home. The A2 from London connects via Dartford, whilst the M25 provides alternative access through Junction 2. With approximately 150 EV charging points nearby and Rochester Airport close by, it's well-positioned for onward travel to the continent. Dickens wrote some of his greatest works at Gad's Hill Place, which still overlooks the surrounding countryside.
