Dovendale

Dovendale is a small Lincolnshire village about 6km from Louth in the heart of the Wolds. Reach it via the A16 to Louth, then local roads through gentle chalk downland. The village retains its original 18th-century circular dovecote, complete with nesting holes for hundreds of pigeons.
