Culmstock

Culmstock is a small Devon village nestled in the Culm Valley, reached via local roads south from the A38 near Wellington. Most visitors arrive on short local trips from nearby villages like Hemyock or Ashill, though the A38 provides good connections to the M5 and larger towns. The village sits where the Culm River begins its journey north to join the Exe, making it the literal source of the waterway that gives the area its name.
