Coulderton

Coulderton lies on Cumbria's coast where the Lake District meets the Irish Sea. The A595 provides the main connection, linking Whitehaven to the north and Barrow-in-Furness southward, whilst the B5344 offers access from central Lakeland. Most visitors use the M6 via Junction 36 or 40, then cross the fells westward. The preserved Victorian railway station now houses the community centre and local museum.
