Cockerham

Cockerham is a Lancashire village in the Lune Valley, eight miles north of Lancaster via the A588. The route continues toward the Fylde coast, whilst local lanes connect surrounding villages like Glasson and Forton. Most journeys are local commutes to Lancaster or Morecambe, though visitors often pass through en route to the Lakes. The village centres on St. Michael's Church, which contains one of Lancashire's oldest working bells from 1296.
