Challaborough

Challaborough is a small Devon coastal village on Bigbury Bay, reached via the A379 from Plymouth (12 miles) or through South Brent from the A38. The B3392 provides the final approach past Bigbury-on-Sea. Popular with families for its sandy beach and holiday parks, the village sits in a sheltered bay with mild maritime weather. At low tide, you can walk across the sand to Burgh Island's distinctive Art Deco hotel.
