Bungay
England
Bungay straddles the Suffolk-Norfolk border along the River Waveney, reached via the A143 from Bury St Edmunds or Great Yarmouth. The A144 connects south to Halesworth, whilst the A146 from Norwich joins the A143 about 20 miles east. With over 20 public EV chargers nearby and decent parking near the marketplace, it's an accessible stop between the Broads and Suffolk's market towns. The distinctive octagonal Butter Cross from 1689 still presides over the weekly market.
