Bowdon, GA

Bowdon is a small Georgia town about 50 miles west of Atlanta via I-20 and Highway 166. The 2,000-resident community sits in Carroll County's rolling hills, easily reached from Atlanta or Birmingham. Highway 166 runs east-west through town, while Highway 27 provides north-south access through Carrollton. The town features a remarkably intact 1920s Coca-Cola bottling plant with original hand-painted murals still visible on its brick walls.
