Blacon

Blacon lies 4km west of Chester city centre, forming part of the city's post-war residential expansion. The A5117 provides the main link to the M53 and routes toward Liverpool, North Wales, and the Wirral, whilst the A548 connects directly into Chester. Electric vehicle drivers will find over 100 public fast chargers in the Chester area. The estate, built during the 1950s and 1960s, became one of Europe's largest council developments of its era.
