Balderstone

Balderstone is a Lancashire village between Blackburn and Preston, accessed via the A59 which connects both towns. The A666 provides north-south links, whilst the M6 and M65 motorways are reachable for longer journeys. The area has good EV charging infrastructure with over 100 fast chargers nearby. The village retains its traditional character around the 12th-century St. Leonard's Church on Church Lane.
