Ashley lies just outside Tiverton in mid-Devon's Exe Valley, easily reached via Junction 27 of the M5 and the A361. The A396 provides the main route north to Exmoor or south towards Exeter, whilst local roads connect surrounding villages. With over 20 fast EV chargers nearby in Tiverton, it's well-positioned for exploring both the moors and Devon's market towns. The Grand Western Canal runs close by, where horse-drawn barges still operate from Tiverton.
