Achnamara

Achnamara is a small coastal village on Loch Sween in Argyll, reached via the A83 and B8025 from Lochgilphead. Popular with weekend visitors from Glasgow (120km) and day-trippers exploring the Knapdale peninsula, it offers typical Highland scenery and sheltered loch views. The village retains its working stone pier where local fishing boats still land their daily catch.
