Hutton Row is a small Cumbrian settlement in the Eden Valley, reached via the A686 from Penrith about 8km away. The village connects to the M6 at Junction 40, with local routes linking nearby farming communities like Calthwaite and Skelton. Over 20 EV charging points are available in the wider area. The settlement retains its distinctive linear "row" layout of houses that gives the place its name.
