Accessible from M25 junction 21A, it's popular with commuters using the A405 and A414 to reach the M1 or local towns. The area sits on gently rolling countryside near the Chiltern Hills, with good EV charging infrastructure including over 700 nearby fast chargers. It's notably close to the ancient Roman Watling Street, with original sections still visible in neighbouring Park Street.
