Houndwood

Houndwood is a small Borders village about 10km inland from the coast, accessible via the A1 near Grantshouse. The B6355 connects it to Reston and other local settlements, while the A1 provides the main route from Edinburgh (60km north) or Newcastle. Around 15 EV charging points serve the area along the A1 and coastal towns. The village sits beneath the distinctive rounded peaks of the Lammermuir Hills.
