Hortonwood forms part of Telford's new town development in Shropshire, accessible via Junction 4 of the M54. The area connects easily to neighboring communities through well-planned distributor roads, with the A5 providing an alternative route. Built during the 1960s development boom, it retains much of its original modernist housing character.
