Hilshire Village, TX

Hilshire Village is a tiny incorporated city completely surrounded by Houston, home to about 1,200 residents in less than two square miles. Access comes via I-610 and US 290, with most residents using local Spring Branch roads for daily trips around northwest Houston. Despite its small size, the village maintains its own two-officer police department, one of Harris County's smallest municipal forces.
