Higher Blackley occupies the northern edge of Manchester, easily reached via the A664 Rochdale Road from the city centre or Junction 19 of the M60. The M60 provides connections to the M62 for cross-Pennine travel and the M61 toward Preston. With over 300 fast EV charging points nearby, it's well-equipped for electric vehicles. The area features one of Manchester's largest 1960s council estates.
