High Braithwaite is a small Cumbrian village in the northern Eden Valley, positioned between the Lake District and North Pennines. Access via the A6 from Penrith, then local roads, or from M6 Junction 40 through Skelton. The settlement features traditional 18th-century sandstone cottages built from local Eden Valley stone.
