Heathryfold forms part of Aberdeen's northern suburbs, reached via the A96 from the city centre or A90 from further south. The area sits close to Aberdeen International Airport, about 8km away, with over 100 EV charging points across the wider Aberdeen area. The neighbourhood retains Aberdeen's characteristic granite stonework whilst featuring modern housing developments, and backs onto Kirkhill Forest with its historic woodland trails.
